Background: The client is a multi-national company and a respected leader throughout Australia in packaging systems. Being a German company, they need a solution that is of high quality and properly engineered. They had been approached by a number of solar companies, including some very large ones. Yet, they sought our help to gain clarity from technical and financial points of view and come up with the best solution.
How we helped: We helped them from beginning to end including prefeasibility, feasibility study, design, procurement, project management and facilitation of a government incentives (LGCs). We were able to save them tens of thousands of dollars through smart procurement.
Initially, a structural technical challenge led them to believe they could only install around 70 kW. Free Engineer helped them to come up with a clever alternative solution to achieve 324 kW. The client was delighted because they needed a big system to offset their large consumption.
They are happy with the way we handled the 719kW project in Victoria and therefore trusted us to deliver this 324kW project in Queensland.
The Managing Director said they chose to work with Free Engineer because Free Engineer can be trusted fully and we know what we are doing.
